Attitudes toward YOUR “Life and Happiness” make a difference



Is being happy a learned skill or genetically programmed in our DNA?  Ask any mother with a fussy baby and I am sure she will give you an opinion!

I believe the answer is both.  It really isn’t a topic to debate, I feel.  If you want happiness then you need to pursue it.  Try it and see what happens!  Happiness can take on many emotions.  It can be found in the many pursuits or paths you may choose in life.  It can be found in the company you keep.  What does happiness look like for you?
